Phase 4: Tube and Terrain Park

Tube and Terrain Park - Opening Winter 2011/2012

The signature element, the Tube and Terrain Park, will be the most prominent feature of the campus and the first thing people see when entering. High speed rides and whoop-di-doos are the order of the day on the six-lane tubing hill. For the more cautious, a baby tube hill will satisfy the very young. Adjacent to the tubing run will be a terrain park, ski hill and a free tobogganing run. The terrain park will provide ramps and rails for freestyle skiing or boarding action, while on the ski hill participants can challenge the forces of gravity at work. Make sure your wear a helmet!

A carpet lift will transport skiers and tubers to the top of the hill. Tobogganing is free. Tubing and skiing will be on a fee for use basis. A platform at the top of the hill will give an excellent view of Lake Simcoe and surrounding country side.
